Shipping Policy

Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. Please allow additional processing time during peak periods, including Black Friday, Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Lunar New Year, school holidays, and public holidays.

Shipping Addresses
We ship to both residential and commercial addresses.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses due to the size of our products.

Delivery to remote or restricted locations may incur additional charges. We always try to keep shipping costs as fair as possible.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:
2–6 business days across Singapore.
4-8 business days to Hong Kong
4-8 business days to Malaysia

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be extended due to peak seasons, courier delays, or public holidays.
