Burly is a global luggage brand founded in New Zealand, with an operating company in Singapore to serve customers in the region. While our brand originated in NZ, we sell directly to customers in Singapore and provide local fulfilment for Singapore order.
This allows us to deliver faster, offer localised service, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for our Singapore customers.

Our wheels and corner protectors are also replaceable too if anything goes wrong! So you don't have to waste the whole suitcase!
We use Makrolon® polycarbonate which is extremely robust and lightweight at the same time.
They certainly do! Our 3 main sizes are all designed to fit well together allowing you to bring all 3 suitcases on your trip.
Our luggages (both carry on and checked) are designed to fit in most airline standards. We recommend checking with your airline first.
Yes! Our luggage are expandable and have strong expandable zippers built in. Except for our carry on and cabin range.
Our Original Burly Carry On luggage has a front pocket built in for convenience and protection for value items. Our Open Top does not have a front open pocket.
Yes! It locks together with the main zipper.
While our luggages are water resistant, they aren't completely waterproof due to the zipper compartment.
Please kindly use a wet cloth with warm soapy water to clean our hard shell luggages.
Warranty, Shipping & Returns
We provide a 10 Year Warranty on our luggages (from the date of purchase).
Every piece of Burly luggage comes with a 10 Year Warranty, ensuring repairs or replacement when necessary. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with the metal corner protectors, wheels, zips, handles, inner accessories, and outer shell.
If anything breaks, we will provide either a full replacement or a repair kit. Please check our full warranty terms and conditions here.
Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear such as marks, minor dents, and scratches which may appear on the luggage and luggage accessories with general use.

Shipping and Warranty
We currently only ship Singapore wide from our Singapore store.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–6 business days across Singapore.
Shipping is currently free SG Wide.

We currently only have one genuine retailer who is Deskbird. They only sell for us in New Zealand.
Environmental Mission
We currently plant 5 trees per purchase with the hopes of planting as much as possible to reduce CO2 emissions.
We are currently focused on planting in Brazil, Madagascar and parts of Africa. By planting in these locations, it helps to provides jobs, combat poverty and restore ecosystems.
We partner with Veritree to ensure that our trees are tracked.
The timing can vary depending on planting projects. It can take up to 8 months or as little as a couple of months!
